I see you've been sitting around a while without help. I don't know how to answer this question but perhaps a "group tab" google list of links will offer you some clue you can use as a springboard to find your answer while you wait:

    http://groups.google.com/groups?q=This+application+requires+an+Xtra&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en

I know it's not much but it's the best I can do. Not using flash beyond the webpages that display such, I have never faced this particular problem. At least it will give you something to do while waiting for a knowledgeable response to your question.

Please remember to update your post with the fix when found. Others will learn from your experience.

    I hope it helps

:D Sounds like the kind of fix that works, in most cases. I'm glad to see this problem is behind you.

    As always,
Thanks for updating your post and sharing this information. I'm sure it will help someone else, later down the road.
