XP Pro service pack1

    hi,everyone,I'm installing XP Pro, via 6 floppies,now come to a halt!!,screen
    message,service pk1cd required?,can this be downloaded?,I've got access
    to the internet,and cd burner! thanks titan4. :confused:

    I do not believe microsoft still has the xp service pack 1 download available anymore. Service Pack 2, the latest service pack for xp, can be downloaded at microsoft site.

    But, it appears that you are using the incorrect floppy boot disks, they come in different flavors, no-service-pack or specific-service-pack, xp home & xp pro versions too..
