    Hi,
I have a problem with XP system...
Sometimes it shows "there is no free space" that's why it denies some operation like unable to delete files from desktop Though there is enough space at C:
Sometime back the computer was affected by virous and it is clean now and Running updated Symantec antivirous.
    The configuratin is..
    RAM 256 mb.
    Sp1.
I'm trying to upgrade it soon. But will it solve this problem?
    Please help me...

256MB of RAM is minimal to run XP. On top of that Symantec hogs much of it.

Also, SP1 is obsolete (no longer supported), you must upgrade to SP2.
