Hi, im trying to find out about the 'hack/uncapping' of the FPS in games.

Ive been told that Windows XP automatically limits the Frames Per Second to the moniters maximum refresh rate.

My moniters one is 60Hz so therefore im limited to 60FPS - i know the human eye cant see above 23 or around so, but i wish to test my graphics cards capablities on certain games.

Anyone know how to remove this 'block'

    - Thank You

If you mean how to push the monitor refresh rate higher than the maximum you can select, it would be easier to just unplug the monitor and toss it in the trash. You'll fry the thing and this way you avoid the eyestrain while it is going bad.

Or did you mean something else? Some way to kludge the game itself?
