What do You want to do with it afterwards?

Which is the current file system, NTFS or FAT32?

FAT32 is the file system of Win98. Use a Win98 startup disk to FDISK if You want to change any partitioning. If not, just type "format c: /u" (without the double quotes).

(The WinXP startup disks are only to be used on computers that don't boot from CDs. All the utilities are on the CD.)
