xp fatal error

    respected members,

    I am facing fatal error in my XP machine just after enter the User Name & Pass : it is restarted automatically. i have used "do not restart on error" in F8. then i have found the error : STOP: 0X0000008E OXC0000005,.......)

    00000bb2 - address EE3978B3 BASE AT EE397000 DATESTAMP 494ECB6D

    PC is working in "SAFE MODE" very well with no errors.
    I have checked the startup; there is no extra softwares or virus found.

    kindly provide any help.

    As you are running OK in Safe Mode it is almost certainly a driver problem which may be difficult to tie down - in Safe Mode only Windows default drivers are loaded.
