I have a friend, who recently fell victim to a scam which persuaded her to install software on her computer. She has had the computer "cleaned" and now it has the odd habit, both in Word 2010 and SeaMonkey, when coming to the end of a typed line it wraps up a line instead of down.
She will of course be going back to the company which cleaned the computer, but I wondered if anyone had come across this before or knew of a cure.

Guess a common dll file has been corrupted while "cleaning ".

Uninstall both the softwares, reboot & install again.

Thanks for that. One thing I don't know is if it affects anything else, e.g Wordpad. Think I will check that first, if so does that mean it is likely to be another fault? If not I'll try your suggestion with SeaMonkey first.
As she is a touch typist and it is a laptop it has been suggested that she is touching the touch pad during typing, but that seems odd as she did not have this problem previously.
I'll let you know how we get on.

Disabled the touch pad this morning and that seems to have cured it. Many thanks.
