Works 4 Format?

    I have Works 4, and text files have a dot between words at the space. They also have this strange thing at the end of each paragraph. This is now on each file. Even the old ones. I do not know how they got that way, or how to get out of it. I know they will not print that way. It makes them hard to read on the computer.

    That would be a Carriage Return in the file, normally hidden from view.
    On the Toolbar at View\Normal layout?

    A fellow mentioned Google. I ran a Google for Microsoft Works. Went to about the eighth one down, and there is Works 4. It shows where to find View, click and go down to All Characters, and remove check. Cleaned up all Wordprocesser files. Sometimes I forget Google Search.
