    Can someone please help?

I had my main computer hooked up to the internet and it was working fine, as well as the laptop hooked up wirelessly and it was working as well.

I tried to add another desktop to the network and everything has gone downhill from there.

On both wireless computers, when I click View Available Networks, the network DOES show up. But when I enter in the code (which was provided to me by Bell when they set up a new network for me on the main computer), it doesn't connect.

Bell is telling me the problem is with my wireless routers but that makes no sense to me. If it was the routers, they wouldn't be able to find available networks in range, would they???

Please, I am getting very desperate and the teenagers are screaming cause they want things to work again!

Without changing any settings, try this first:

Switch off the computers, then switch off the router for a few minutes. Switch the router back on and when all the correct lights are showing, switch on the computers.

If this doesn’t work, reset the router by pressing the reset button.

Thank you very much. Resetting the router worked.
