Been looking at cisco aironet 340 network bridges, look fantastic, very useful for what I have in mind. Price way out of my reach, anyone know any cheaper alternatives?

    http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/cc/pd/witc/ao340ap/

Want to bridge 5 miles and then second bridge additional 15 miles from there. Only needs enough speed to do 2 - 3 megabits realistically as I'm hoping to hop a broadband connection out to where there is no service.

Aironet was about my last hope as leased lines are out of the question.

    I'm in the UK.

What sort of money can you spend?

Your link requires an account with them so couldn't check it.

    oops

Sorry, forgot the link was to a private part of the site, cant give the access details out.

As to money, dont know just yet, as, depending on cost other parties may be willing to share it.

I see youre in usa, I should point out leased lines are a hell of a lot more expensive over here, as is bandwith :(

Reason I asked about money is I located a wireless setup that seems to meet your requirements but it is around $10K US so had no idea if you would be interested.

Since I couldn't look at your link, I couldn't figure how much theirs cost to see what is "way out of your reach ".

And yes, I am aware of how expensive bandwidth and leased lines are in the UK. The wireless has a good 3 year payout even in the US and would probably be quicker over there. But if you ain't got the up-front money, it is a moot point.
