winXP logon scrips

im thinking that this 'problem' might a rather unique one.
anyway...
im an IT student living w/ my parents... we share one computer, and I also run a local pc repair business from home. A lot of my business contacts me via email, or well, mainly instant messenger...
but my parents can't seem to understand that our computer doesn't need to be restarted every friggin hour, which leaves my IM clients, offline.
Can i have windows XP Pro automatically log me on, in the background, or set a logon script to log me on, when another user logs themself on?

Oh, and i did try disabling the 'shutdown' features so they were forced to 'switch' user and couldn't turn off the computer... but well, then they started just cutting the power to the PC to restart it... which is even worse than the original problem hah.

i've also thought about having it automatically log myself on, in the default manor, but i can already see that it wouldn't help me, just because they would log me off or as im starting up, my im clients would get shut down, and defeat the purpose of me bein logged on.

haha yeah.. i will get around to it one of these days. i do haev a lot of stuff around the house, but nothing decent enough to satisfy me, and the 'rents wouldn't settle for a lesser machine eather...

it's all bout mums husband, he does it in spite of me, because he doesn't like the fact that im 22 livin at home, and i dont have a 'job' because i work for myself...

frustrating i tell ya. lol
