windowsonecare cant finish install

oh i need help. i have windowsonecare sitting in system tray bright red! it says that it needs to complete install. and what i get when i click on "complete install" is i am not connected to the internet!
i have run ncpa.cpl (and im connected)
i have removed mcafee site advisor( conflict with phishing?)
i have removed ie7 and am back down to ie6
but i still cant complete install of onecare(or and yes i removed the old onecare)

one care tells me that it allowed the ie6 on the internet but it wont let me complete the install.

and not only that but that stupid auto update thingie keeps on telling me that i need kb929338 (but 12 times and it keeps popping up

i am not a happy camper with this stuff someone please please help me now i find that i cant reinstall the ie7 until i complete the onecare install!!!!!!! Oh joy! yipee!!
it is fixed. microsoft did it,fixed it yay!
