    my friend has a problem with windows xp
    she downloaded skins yesterday
    but today when she go's to websites
    she cant see them correctly
    and she can hardly read it
    can someone help?

    She probably means themes for XP then in that case.
    I dont know if themes have anything to do with web pages, it only customizes the icons etc AFAIK and that is if it is themes she has been getting.

    What does she mean can't see them correctly and can hardly read them?

    Pages dont load?
    Half of pages load?
    Error 404?
    Page can't be displayed?
