Windows XP SP2 cumulative?

    Hello all!

    I have been reading up on Windows XP SP2 but haven´t found any information if SP2 will require SP1 or SP1a to be installed or if it will be cumulative.

    Office XP Service Packs require the previous one(s) to be installed.

    Does anyone know?

    SP2 will not require SP1 or 1a to be installed, it will be cumulative.
