windows update question

When doing Window updates, after scanning, I get the same critical update over and over again. Can I delete it since I have already downloaded it? (its # 823559:security update)

If you mean deleting out of your notifications, yes.

I have noticed this is becoming a common issue. The problem could be the install file available at the Update Site. Perhaps downloading the file and then doing a manual install.

OK, how? (Clicking Remove only removes it for that WinUpdate session. If you do not install an offered Critical Update, it will be offered again next time you use WinUpdate.)
