My bios loads fine but when i get into the windows , it wouldnt load, its just a black screen. when i try to get into safe mode it wouldnt let me. (i'm typing this using a different cpu). My screen goes blank between windows xp loading screen and my desktop. My desktop doesnt load or come on at all. What is the history behind the booting problem? Did you make ANY type of change prior to this starting?

OS choices should only appear if you have more than one OS installed. What does it say on this black screen?
