Windows open minimized

    How do I make windows open full screen in Win 2000 instead of as a minimized bar?
    Previously they always opened full screen.
    Not no mo! :(

    Usually if you open the app full screen and then "X" it closed, the system will remember the setting.

    Or drag the window to the desired size and press Control while clicking out of there to get it to "remember" what size it's supposed to open in.
