Windows Messaging

    What is Windows Messaging and can I delete it. The files are dated 1998 and I don't think I have ever used it. Thank you

    If you do not want the messages or the program, there seems no reason to keep them/it.
    BTW--Do not confuse with Messenger Service, MSN Messenger and whatever else.

    Thank you. It is probably a left over from Win 95 to 98 upgrade.
