I've been trying to figure out how to open multiple files in separate players, but every time I try, the new file just replaces the old one in the same window. I read how to do it on Windows Media Player 6.4 but I don't see a Menu tab anywhere. Please help.:(

In the Windows Media Player 6.4 that ships with XP, all you need do is click View, Options, Player tab and check the box that says "Open a new player for each media file played ".
