Windows Mail Storage

    Would like to know if there is a way to keep the staorage folders at the top of my accounts in left column?

    Also, is there an icon to have your contact list on top bar ?

    Not sure what you're asking on the first question. Will need more info...

    You should have a Contact icon next to the send/receive button.

    If not, click on View->LayOut-> Customize Toolbar Button.

    This is windows live mail and not OE

    The contact icon is on the bottom and the storage folder as previously stated will not stay at the top when moved
