i keep getting an error that says "windows live mail has stopped working ". then it gives me 2 options, closing, or closing and diagnosing.

this happens after the program has been idle for a bit it seems. any way to fix this??

im running vista home premium 64 bit edition.

Is the whole pc idle for 15 minutes or so when this happens? If so, your network adaptor has a power saver that you should disable.

i found those things on my own, but none of them really have a solution... i dont see the need to reinstall after complete uninstall since its a brand new laptop... the exact same version of the program would have the exact same problem, no?

those peoplles mostly are different too, they get it just after opening... mine takes anywhere from 10 minutes-half hour...
