    I 'm having trouble down loading programs. I was trying to down load the DISKEEPER SECOND EDITION UPDATE and I got about 3/4 thru download and I got this error. Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows installer package, A DLL required for this install to complete could not run.
    This also happened when I was trying to down load a game for my daughter. Same thing
