every time I startup - Windows Installer starts running and I get messages saying Outlook Express is not my default email program BUT IT IS and I don't know why the Installer comes up. I have Dell computer and they loaded the software. I used PC Relocater Ultra to transfer programs and data from my old Windows 98 computer. HELP!!!

Have you Right-clicked the blue IE icon on your Desktop and selected Properties? Clicked on the Programs tab and check out the setting there?
