Windows Info error 236

    Hello
    Each time i start my computer windows xp professional. I get an error message which reads.
    The function you are trying to use cannot be accessed at this time Info number 236 to fix this error please restart window.

    I still get the error after rebooting windows.
    What is likely to be causing this?

    Yes , I have icq load up when the computer starts

    It's an ICQ problem... I have no idea how to fix it though... maybe check around the ICQ site...
