Windows Hangs, Explorer crashes

OK....I succombed, I googled a crack for a program I dearly wanted, and now am paying for it dearly...and won't have the prog...at any rate. When I went to the site, I was bombarded...dialers and trojans. Norton picked up most of them, but says just detected and no action taken on a couple of dialers. I've gone thru and deleted what I could find, safe mode and all. Norton says nothing's there, but windows is taking an awfully long time to load than normal and Explorer has crashed a couple of times when I tried to access the control Panel. It hasn't done it again since the deleting tho.
don't know what I can do to perk things up around here, any suggestions?

 

Figured a bit out

I found several trojans and a couple dialers. Had to delete some things manuelly, but most my Norton caught!! It's been surprising me lately...lol The last scan I ran I only picked up one of each and Norton took care of those itself. Windows is still taking an awfully long time to load, but not AS long as it was and Explorer has't crashed at all. Should I stilll do a Hijack this?hmmm, guess I will and if there's something I don't recognize I'll post it. Ya'll seem really busy. Glad I finally found a board that's so active! TY, please chk back.
