windows feedback panel uninstall

Hello, I installed the windows feedback panel program last year, Dec 11th. I then received a winsurv email to finish my registration. At the time of that receipt, the program had already collected enough users for the program as the survey link would not ever connect, obviously due to the high demand of the program. However, by that time, I had already installed the wfp program on my computer. Now I want to uninstall it and it isn't even uninstallable. It is not in my control panel to just click and remove, however it is in c:/program files/Microsoft windows feedback panel, and there is no uninstall icon located in that directory. I would sincerely appreciate a resolve to my inability to uninstall this. It's running 4 processes on my computer that doesn't need to be running. Please help ASAP!

P.S. Just as a gripe.... or a whine... First off it has been collecting data since December, and I ultimately think it is unfair that while I didn't officially get to participate in the program but you guys got the benefit from the collection of my information. But I understand
