Windows defender definitions issue

    I have definitions 1.13.1282.6 and am trying to get to 1.13.1286.1
    I tried the windows update site and it said it was successful. When I looked in 'about' the old definitions were listed. When trying to update manually from the Defender GUI I get told I have the latest.

    I used Windows installer cleanup and deleted Defender signitures. Then I manually updated to the 1.13.1286.1 using GUI help about update.
