WHEN I BOOT XP, A BLACK SCREEN COMES UP WHICH SAYS:

    1. WINDOWS XP HOME ADDITION

    2. WINDOWS SETUP

    CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING.

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS FROM HAPENNING. I JUST WANT IT TO BOOT UP NORMALLY WITHOUT MENU CHOICES

Go to "boot.ini" in your C: root. Copy it to a floppy(in case something bad happens). Edit it by deleting everything after...../fastdetect. Save and reboot.

After reboot, turn off caps lock and everything should be
