Windows 3.11 Browser

    I am looking for a browser that I can run on windows 3.11 just for fun. I dont need it to be able to do flash or anything, just open up basic webpages. I have tried downloading from many different sources but cant find any install files that will work with the 3.11 computer! Any ideas?

    See if any of the old versions of IE will work. You can download versions starting with 1.0 from OldVersion.

    If I remember correct, you can go as high as IE 3 with 3.11.
