Windows 2k3 Terminal Clients

    I am using windows 2003 as a Terminal Server and have the following problem occuring....

    Some of my windows98 Clients (Yeah cheap!) lose their num lock status in terminal server session

    IE start TS Client, Minimize Client, Start Local program (EG Word), Go to terminal Client, use
    ALT + TAB key to get to word
    ALT + TAB Key back to Client

    Hey presto no more num key pad (IE all numbers are now PGUP PGDOWN etc!) and NUM Lock Light Still ON!

    Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

    MS Knowledge base says to contact vender and be charged to fix this problem! (KB258070 or Q258070)

    What Kb article for the MS Knowledge base says to contact vender and be charged to fix this problem?
