    ntkrnlmp.exe -

Are you running a single or multi processor box?

Do you have the latest BIOS update from the vendor installed?

    It´s a multiprocessor box

But I might have an answer to the problem. I got a tip from a friend to update all drivers and Bios from Dell´s site.

The server is a Dell PowerEdge 2650
