Windows 10 Won't Install

    My Windows Update is not working on my Windows 7 SP1 laptop, so I haven't received the Windows Icon to reserve a download of Windows 10. I read that I could download MediaCreationToolx64 and install Windows 10 without using the Windows Update that's not working in my laptop. Did the download of MCTx64, but can't get it to work either. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any other way to get my laptop upgraded.

    Have you checked at MS to make sure your laptop is compatible?
    I've used MCT and it has been flawless with the Upgrade on 2 comps. Neil.
