Win2K on Fat32

    I would like to ask what is the benefit working on NTFS and will Win2k will work faster on Fat32.

    Because of the manner in which NTFS writes files, there is less risk of file corruption. Should a disk write be interrupted, upon reboot NTFS will restore the file to its original state, while with FAT32 it will be corrupted.

    FAT32 not faster than NTFS in my experience. Also not nearly as secure.

    These in addition to the item obenton mentioned which is, by itself, more than enough to make me go with NTFS.
