Win XP Questios

    I recently built a computer up from scratch. It has an Intel P4, 2.4 ggh, 512mbr, 40 gig hd. It runs beautiful except upon start-up I get a RAID message to press Cntrl I & when I do I choose not to run the RAID program. The computer starts perfect, then the tool bar always change back to the bottom of the screen. Before I shut it down I have it to the left on the screen and it always changes to the bottom after restart. Also I am getting a Runtime Error on Line 1 on certain websites I go to. Can someone help?
