My computer came with an OEM version of WIN DVD4. I recently purchased an OEM version WIN DVD5. and want to do the upgrade. Should I uninstall v4 first.
When buying the upgrade from WINDVD online they say that 2 versions can run and you should first install upgrade before uninstalling OEM version. Anybody have any experience with this? Here's the site with the info:

I guess I'd do as they say. My guess is that since it's an upgrade at a special rate, the software will check to see if you have a previous version of the software installed. More than likely, if you uninstall the old, the new one won't install.
