Win. Crash

    I had a win2000 crash and I need to know how to reformat my hard drive and reinstall win. from scratch. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, MoonDoggie

    Make sure your BIOS is set to boot from a CD before the HD if it will. Then insert Install CD and follow the directions. Remove existing partitions, adding new ones, and formatting will be an option.

    If you can't boot from CD, you'll need the boot floppy set (6 I think) and you can either make them from the CD or download them from several sites.
