    Hello all.

One of my graduate housing neighbors just gave me his old computer with Windows 98. He is East Asian, and the only thing he was able to communicate to me was, "Old. Works."

I hooked it up and most everything is in Chinese. I managed to change the setting (on the window with the map of the world) to "English (United States)" and the computer rebooted, but nothing changed. Is there someone who might guide me (visually and specifically) to changing everything to English?

Yep. I'm dumb. Is there a way I can move this or delete it?
