Where do postings go?

    Hello,

    Yesterday I wrote a long message requesting help with a series of problems and I titled it Network COnnections FOlder EMPTY. I think I saw an instant response saying that a moderator would have to approve the posting before it would show up in the appropriate folder. Is that standard policy and if so, where is my post now?
