    Hi
After every internet session I go in and delete most of the cookies that I have acquired while surffing. (IE Internet properties)
Sometimes when I do this the icons on my desk top will flash or refresh (what ever they are doing) This does not happen every time but sometimes they do that.
Is this a normal thing, when deleting cookies, temp files, and history?
