I ran McAfee tonight, listed two possible infected files.

    1. Filename: Windows\p2p.exe
    Program Name: Dialer.RAS.cc.gen

    2. Filename: System Volume Information\_restore
    Program Name: Dialer.RAS.cc.gen

Anyone know what they are? Should I quarantine them?
    Delete them?

    thanks...

    Yes, definitely quarantine them.
These files can do some serious damage to your phone bill. If you are on a dial up connection, and one of these are running, it will terminate your connection, turn off the modem speaker and make an overseas call and give you a different internet connection, one usually related to pornsites.
MacAffee may have a hard time getting the one in the System Restore. You need to disable System Restore, reboot, enable System Restore and then reboot again. You will have a new Restore Point created.
Download Spybot. After installing, have it update itself, then Check for problems. Let it remove everything already checked off. The link is below.

I hate to do this, but we need a meaningful subject heading according to the Forum Rules.
