Having been an experianced computer user for some time now i have come accross these horrible programmes called "viruses ". I am sure most of you have not heared of the word "virus" used with non-living things before, however these "viruses" are not natural but are made by malicious computer users to pester and interrupt other peoples' PC experiances. Disgusting. These "viruses" are tiny programmes that are designed to cause harm, they can enter your computer via your average 5.5 inch floppy disk but also now with the internet they can be spread even easier. Emails, programme downloads etc... can all contain "viruses ". How do we stop them? I hear you say! Well you must get the "antidote" or "anti-virus" software. A lot of different brands are coming into the shops such as Norton and McAfee... However once you have got an "anti-virus" you need to remember to update it online, otherwise it will not recognise any new viruses that these horrible people are creating. Updating once a month should suffice. As i say i am one of the first people to know about these "viruses" so if you have any questions i am the expert you should contact.

Thanks for the laugh nobbie - like experiencing a time warp :D

Especially this: Updating once a month should suffice.
