Virus Problem

I have my problem posted here at cybertechhelp.com, but the virus has restricted access to that website.

Do you have a flash drive, blank cd or cd-rw available to transfer files?

 

No, I don't. Is it safe to access e-mail accounts with an Antivirus running? I can transfer log information through that.

 

I see you are still working with Cybertech help. Please either continue there or notify them you'll be continuing here. No point in us trying to anticipate each other's next move.

 

I might need your help as back-up, because I cannot access that site because the virus has restricted access to that website. If I need direct links to download certain files, can I access them through this website?

Can I not work with both websites to find any solution?
