Viewing ABC TV online

ABC TV has a way for you to view some TV shows online. I can view these on my home PC using Internet Explorer v 6.0, WIN XP SP2 both PCs. When I try to view on my laptop using the same ISP and direct connection to the net I cannot see the shows.
I receive the following error.

This always happens on the laptop but never on the home PC. I can even try them one after the other and same things happen. I presume that there is some setting in Internet Explorer or somewhere else on my laptop that I need to change but have absolutely no idea what it is. I try contacting ABC thru the contact section for this and so far have received no response.

Does any one have any suggestions?

Error msg puzzling. Especially since laptop n home PC otherwise the same.
1 will work – other won’t even when try 1 after the other.

If using an anti-virus software I’d compare the settings.
Especially look at pop-up – ad blocking settings - parental controls. Do the same thing with IE.

But like I said the error msg is very puzzling – that’s normally something that’d come from the site – not your computer but error msgs can be strange. Imagine that’s why you posted.

BTW - are you also using IE 6 on laptop?

at this point have to take a wait and see attitude as laptop not currently available - it is traveling with my daughter for her work
