My system is cuurently a P4 2.6G, 1Gb memory, Winfast A340 128M video card, Hyundai 17" LCD, Pinnacle PCTV card, running winXP home.
When I try to capture video on the PCTV S-video input, the video has a herringbone patern through it.
I have previously captured video on another system using this PCTV card and this video plays back normally.
Any ideas on how I can capture usable video??

It maybe be copyprotection issues if you are trying to capture copyright material. Use third party capturing software.
