When attempting to boot to WINDOWS 95 it says invalid system disk. after booting form a boot disk then the cd\windows dir using the win command i get the following errors

VXD dynamic link from cdodf (08) + 0000019D to device 048b and something about service 1 and on that same blue screen it states that the win config is invalid.

after that screen ( i pressed yes to continue even though it states it may be unstable) i get a screen stating that the system is halted and a VFAT device intilization has failed, either a device or resource by VFAT is not present or unavilible. It cannot load the VFAT.

how can i attempt to fix this so that windows will start?
