Users Accounts Problem

Hi

Please can any one help me :
when I creat another user on my computer I have aproblem in administrator account I have all permissions and rights and when I use the anathor account I don't have many rights like I can't modify on word or excel in D,E,F partitions or copy & paste from desktop to the partitions and many problems .
Please I need the solve quickly .

Did you follow the instructions at Microsoft for creating and configuring the user account?

• Microsoft KB279783: How to create and configure user accounts in Windows XP
  Pay particular attention to the "Change the account type" option.

If that does not help, then please give us the exact wording of any error messages you encounter and tell us exactly what you did to produce each of those error messages.

Also, please tell us whether you are using Windows XP Professional or Home.
