user account windows xp

    when i go into my control panel & click on user account it comes up wrong no of arguments or invalid property assignment. what have i done wrong? Has any one got an answer?

    Try going to safe mode (from the menu you get by pressing F8 before the XP screen appears on booting) and logging on as administrator.
