update windows 8.1

    Hello i am bram. i am dutch

    I wil update my computer to the newest version of windows 8.1 and it said: updates cannot be done . and then its making the updates undone. I have a skinpack installed (ios 7 skin) maybe thats the problem.

    i need help!!!:(

    Did you try uninstalling the skin, installing Windows updates, then re-install the skin?

    I have tried that but the skin wil not uninstall, i must recover my computer then and i have tried that 2 times and it won't work.
    soory for my english i am dutch :)

    Sounds like it might be easier to reinstall Windows then. Backup your stuff first though.
