Unwanted Toolbar!

    Hello, I have an unwanted toolbar that I can not seem to get rid of. This tool bar seems to have also locked my options to try and get rid of it. I use IE and usually I can right click around the toolbar to bring up all the active toolbars and deactivate what I wish. However, when I try this now, they are all locked and I can not click on any toolbar options. I ran Spybot and Adaware and didn't remove this? Also I have had my computer report I have a virus called bloodhoundw32.EP, could someone please help!! Thanks
