Ok, here is the situation. I have a WIN2K box that was preloaded with IE6.0.

Due to issues with compatibility with some of our web-based applications, we cannot use IE6.0, we must use 5.5.

Can version 6 be uninstalled and version 5.5 be installed?
I know that this can be done when IE is upgraded, however I think that this was preloaded with the OS.

    Any thoughts?
